Lake Hills Facility Request

We are a church in the community, serving the community and we hope you feel welcome to use our facilities!

Use of Lake Hills Presbyterian Church (LHPC) building and/or property is on a reservation- only basis, and must be approved by the Facilities Use Committee, by calling the church office at 865-577-8510, or online at Lakehillspres.org. LHPC views the use of space as part of its out-reach Christian ministry, and seeks to partner, as much as possible, to allow access for activities and organizations, provided that the requested space is used according to the policies of its Facility Use Committee.

Liability Insurance *

The application for request of LHPC facilities by the individual/organization must waive any claims, demands, and causes that they may have against LHPC resulting from use of the church and/or property. The applicant and all individuals requesting the application agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LHPC, including its members, elders, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and losses arising from use of the church property. All individuals/users agree that the use of alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or other products are contrary to the beliefs and reputation of LHPC and are prohibited. The applicant agrees that there may be a Facility Use Fee assessed to certain rooms/areas depending on the activities involved. Applicant agrees to conduct activities in a safe manner, while treating the building/property with respect, and in accordance with all governmental laws and regulations. LHPC Facilities Committee has the right to require liability insurance, and the right to deny or limit certain activities, including termination of application.
