Confessing the Faith

We're skipping ahead this week to Chapter 5 of The Presbyterian Handbook, starting on Page 191, where it talks about the Book of Confessions, which together with the Book of Order make up our church constitution.

The Book of Confessions can be a pretty intimidating read. The creeds stretch from the 1st century to the 20th century. Some took councils years to write.

Start by watching the video, "Being A Confessional Church," below.

Then read Chapter 5 of The Presbyterian Handbook. 

Then move on to the Book of Confessions, below.
